MEET THE BOARD

GOVERNANCE

The Rotorua Tourism Investment Partnership (RTIP) is a voluntary, elected tourism board that represents Rotorua tourism businesses, including activities, attractions, and accommodations. RTIP is a registered charity (pending) that serves as a voice for lobbying and advocacy and functions as an internally funded marketing vehicle for the local tourism industry.

Although independent, RTIP works closely with RotoruaNZ to ensure the Rotorua tourism sector is represented through the region’s tourism strategy.

Board members are elected on a three-year cycle.

The Partnership shall be governed by a Board, comprising of at least six members who shall be elected by the Partnership at the Partnerships Annual General Meeting.

Every year two members shall retire at each AGM, so we encourage you as members to think about contributing a few hours of your time every month to the industry and partnership.
